Massachusetts 780 CMR 10th Edition Commercial Amendment to the International Building Code 2021.

When used in conjunction with the IBC 2021, this amendment makes the International Building Code 2021 the Massachusetts State Building Code for commercial buildings and structures.

The combination of the IBC 2021 and this Amendment is often referred to as the "basic code" or "building code".
