Massachusetts 780 CMR 10th Edition Residential amendment to the International Residential Code (IRC) 2021.

When used in conjunction with the IRC 2021, this amendment make the International Residential Code 2021 the Massachusetts State Building Code for One- and Two- Family Dwellings.

The combination of the IRC 2021 and this Amendment is often referred to as the residential building code.
